Copyright and authors rights

Guidelines for using the trademark
1. Do not change the colors of the Managed Server logo. Use only the original versions provided on this page or directly by us.
2. Remember that the logo is composed of an icon representing a Server and two words “Managed” and “Server” separated by a space and not attached. Never separate the icon from the words.
3. Make sure there is always sufficient contrast with the writing. If you use a white background, always use, in order of preference, the green logo or alternatively the black one. If you use a colored background, always use only the white logo.
4. When you resize the logo, make sure to keep the original aspect ratio to avoid image distortion.
5. Maintain adequate white space around the Managed Server logo to ensure visibility and readability.
6. Always make sure to use the logo with the “Registered” ® symbol following it.
7. If you use image compression or lossy formats such as JPG, WEBP, AVIF or PNG, always make sure that the quality of the logo is clear and free from noticeable aliasing effects.

License to use
The brand “Managed Server” is available for promotional and endorsement purposes by partners, sponsors, resellers and affiliates. For use in digital environments — such as websites, company portals or social platforms — no prior authorization is required. However, it is mandatory notification of use to our administration, by sending a communication to the address administration@managedserver.it with subject “Press Kit” and attaching the URL of web pages on which our logo appears.
For the use of the trademark in paper materials — such as brochures, flyers, leaflets, editorial publications or other non-digital media — is instead prior written authorization is required. The request must be sent via email to the same address, clearly indicating the methods of use and attaching, where possible, a mockup or a representative draft.
Any use of our trademark that is not in accordance with the methods described above is to be considered not allowed.
Managed Server Srl reserves the right to take measures to protect its brand in the event of improper use or use that does not comply with these instructions.
