Does the site have problems?
Only if your site is down or the site is not visible for at least 5 minutes you are invited to call the direct technical contact operating 24 hours a day, but only after opening a ticket. For all other needs in which your site is visible and you have non-urgent requests you can only and exclusively use the sending of a Ticket to the technical department with normal or low priority.
